Planning & Consulting
Already in the planning phase of your charging infrastructure, we develop a suitable metering concept. How many metering locations are needed? Where should calibrated meters be installed? We coordinate closely with the grid operator and, if necessary, your backend service provider to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Installation & Commissioning
Our technicians install the metering systems on-site – for example in the form of meter cabinets or directly in the chargers. We preferably use metering systems that are remotely readable and deliver quarter-hourly power values (important for load management). After installation, we handle the meter registration with the grid operator and commissioning via the market communication portal.
Operation & Maintenance
You can focus on your core business – we operate the metering points. This means: we automatically read all charging park meters (daily, quarter-hourly or at your desired frequency) and provide the data. Should a metering device fail, we immediately organize a replacement and ensure seamless measurement values.
Data Management & Reporting
Through our Acteno energy performance management (epm) platform, you have access to current charging data at any time. Create location comparisons, identify usage patterns (e.g. utilization of your charging points) and export all data for internal analyses. If needed, we also integrate third-party systems via API – so measurement data flows directly into your billing system or energy management tool.
